📱🐾 Digitally Healthy Scotties – Parent Session 🐾📱
Join us on February 25th at 4:30 PM in the cafeteria before Open House for a practical and helpful parent session focused on supporting your child in today’s digital world.
This session will focus on:
✔️ Balancing screen time with healthy, in-person activities
✔️ Setting clear expectations and boundaries for devices at home
✔️ Creating phone-free spaces and routines
✔️ Supporting positive peer interactions online
✔️ Helping children understand appropriate online communication
✔️ Important internet safety tips to protect your child
Our children’s friendships and self-esteem are increasingly influenced by what happens online. We’ll share simple, realistic strategies you can use at home to promote healthy habits, encourage strong social skills, and keep your child safe while using technology.

Program Description Passports Spanish is a multicultural enrichment class designed to introduce students to the Spanish language through a variety of engaging methods. Instruction includes interactive games, cultural exploration, art projects, and hands-on learning activities. This class is well suited for students who may choose to study Spanish in middle school. Over one-third of the world’s population speaks Spanish. All instructional materials are new for Spring 2026. Cost The total cost is $228 for the spring session. The session includes 12 classes. Register by SATURDAY Feb 28 TFL Flag is a fast moving NFL program with games designed to improve the skill position players: QB, WR, RB, and DB’s. Rules can be found on the website, thefarmleague.com. - 10 games with an end-of-season tournament. - Players divided into GRADE specific divisions to allow for an equal level of play. - Games played Friday nights and Sunday afternoons, with some divisions playing Tues & Wed evenings. - All players receive NFL jersey, matching shorts and a set of flags. - Flag football is a great game designed by NFL to teach kids the game and to be physically active. Boy’s middle school division is a blast. The older kids make some amazing plays. - Players are allowed to play up a grade level. - Teams built on friend requests, coach request or elementary school zoned to. You can sign up by yourself or with a group of friends. Parents, contact your friends and request to be on the same team! Lots of fun ahead for the players AND the parents!
